About
Welcome to the thread for Straight Egyptian Arabians Stud stables. We are a fairly new stable and here at SEAS we are dedicated to producing quality Straight Egyptian Arabians as well as competing in events to improve the over all breed and lineage. Our facility stretches over two hundred acres of lush farmland within close proximity to ocean where we love to take long rides with out beloved horses. Our facilities include three stables, each with twenty stalls, a feed room, and a full functioning tack room. We also have a washing station as well as a quiet place in the barn for when the farrier pays a visit, large paddocks for those summer days as well as personal runs for each individual stall. We have a full functioning training arena for dressage and hunter/jumper accompanied with a separate training arena for the young bloods hoping to become future hunter/jumpers. Currently we have a race track under construction for those of our horses who just love to run. All of are horses are unique and have an array of personalities and quirks. The staff here at SEAS all have personal relationships with the horses in their care and take pride in their accomplishments.

None at this time, please check back later.
If you are interested in one of our horses up for sale or are interested in breeding a particular stallion or mare please fill out the application below (for stallions available for stud please refer to the stud book). Please list what you intend to use the horse/foal for (breeding, showing, etc.), the name of your stable with a brief description, and a link to your website (it can be an equus profile too). Also please make note of the following sales contract before you submit your application and state if you agree or disagree in your application.
The SEAS Sales Contract is as follows:
*Upon approval you will be required to send me two pictures of the horse (one as a foal when it arrives to you and one as an adult when it ages up).
*You may not change the horses appearance (you may change things such as tail and mane length if you wish but it must keep it's original color) you cannot cahnge it's name in any way. The horse must keep the SEAS label before their name (their progeny does not need to carry on this label unless it is a stallion then in that case you must combine my stable label with yours for the foal).
*If for any reason you are unable to keep the horse it must be returned to the SEAS stable. Under no circumstances are you to sell it or give it away (leasing is ok as long as it returns to you and you remain the sole owner).
* Our horses follow the aging program of 1 month = 1 year. After 4 months, they will be 4 years old and will begin to follow the 4 months = 1 year schedule.
*Enjoy your horse and give it lots of love and tlc, they deserve it ;)

SEAS is a sims 3 based breeding role-play such as equus sims and so on. The horse templates used are New Arabian Horse Template by X-tina but the individual horses are mine. I would create my own but the sliders do not work in my game. The link to X tines website is as follows, http://x-tina-exquisitearabians.blogspot.com/2012/02/arabian-horse.html.
